Michael Sanchez, Chairman and CEO

Michael Sanchez
Michael is a proven entrepreneur and business executive having served in the role of Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman in a number of private and public companies. His vision, leadership, and execution experience have resulted in numerous success stories over his distinguished career. Primary strengths include developing, communicating and executing a strategic growth roadmap, recruiting and developing strong executive teams, negotiating key client deals, and developing enduring customer relationships.

In addition to his role as Chairman of Savana Inc, Michael is also CEO of CycleLife, LLP. From 2004 to 2007, Michael was Chairman and President of the International Division of Fidelity Information Services (NYSE:FIS), were he grew revenue substantially during his tenure. Prior to Fidelity Information Services, he was Chairman/CEO of Sanchez Computer Associates (NASDAQ:SCAI) and eProfile, Inc. which were leading, global suppliers of core banking systems and internet banking software respectively.

Michael has been a frequent guest on national TV and radio programs. He also holds several US and foreign patents for computer interconnect technologies.  Michael has received various business awards, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for the software industry in the mid-Atlantic region in 2002 and the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2001.
 

Michael Ferreri, President and COO

Michael Ferreri
Michael Ferreri is a senior executive with more than 20 years of enterprise software sales, marketing and technology services delivery experience. Michael has served in numerous roles across the IT industry and developed proven executive skills building organizational capability and driving significant growth in both the software and professional services industry. Michael is known for his ability to build high performance and dynamic teams and provide strategic insight into demanding environments involving information systems delivery. Prior to joining Savana, Michael was most recently serving as the President of the Judge Consulting Group, a nationally known information technology consulting, staffing and training organization. During this time he was able to dramatically expand the consulting organization’s client base and build its capability to deliver custom enterprise software solutions, collaboration services, business intelligence and cloud based services.

Prior to the Judge Group, Michael enjoyed a 16 year career at Microsoft serving in a variety of senior level sales, marketing, channel and technology services leadership roles. As the Regional General Manager for Microsoft's Mid Atlantic enterprise and commercial sector business, Michael was responsible for the strategy and growth of one of Microsoft’s largest worldwide subsidiaries with over $500MM in annual revenue. During his tenure he worked directly in building unique business relationships and partnerships with many of the largest global corporations in the financial services, life sciences, healthcare and chemicals industries. His assignments also included strategic roles in support of Microsoft's North American leadership team.

Michael has extensive relationships throughout the information technology industry and is frequent speaker and published author on trends and advances in the information technology industry. Michael is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia where he studied Journalism.

Luiz de Toledo, Executive Vice President

Luiz is Savana's Executive Vice President responsible for strategy and revenue sourcing, including sales and marketing.   Most recently Luiz was Senior Vice President at Fannie Mae. While at Fannie Mae Luiz was responsible for all technology and systems supporting the three largest business units: credit loss management, capital markets, and enterprise risk management. Prior to that Luiz was Chief Administrative Officer of Fannie Mae's Operations and Technology Division, supporting more than 3,000 people and $600 million in annual spending. Luiz also led all business development and support for Fannie Mae's Housing & Community Development Division, overseeing a credit risk portfolio of $200 billion.  Luiz's extensive background in financial services include the unique combination of managing large and complex transformations form both the business and the technology sides.

Prior to Fannie Mae Luiz worked on several start ups including CIBC's Amicus internet banking, Overture Corp, and AviationX. Luiz was also a consultant with McKinsey & Company and a financial analyst with Morgan Stanley.

Luiz received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from New York University, and his MBA from Stanford University.

Todd Pittman, Chief Administrative Officer

Todd Pittman
Todd is an experienced senior executive with demonstrated expertise in building and managing high performing teams in small to mid-sized growth companies.  He has spent his career providing financial leadership to software and services companies focused on providing world-class solutions through the deployment of technology.  Over the past 15 years, Todd has served as the Chief Financial Officer of both public and privately held enterprises serving primarily the financial services industry.  As the Chief Financial Officer, he has had leadership responsibility for the finance, accounting, treasury, human resources, legal, risk and facilities management, and administrative functions.  Todd brings to Savana extensive experience in M&A including transactions on both the buy and sell side.  In addition, he has worked extensively with organizations with operations across the globe.

Most recently, Todd was the Chief Financial Officer of Energy Solutions International, Inc., an international provider of software solutions to the world’s leading oil and gas pipeline companies.  Todd also previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Epitome Systems, a provider of enterprise productivity management software, the Chief Financial Officer of Sanchez Computer Associates (Nasdaq: SCAI) until the company was acquired by Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF), and the Chief Financial Officer of Integrion Financial Network, a provider of on-line internet banking solutions.

Todd is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University. 
 

Mike Wolfel, Chief Technology Officer

Mike Wolfel
Mike Wolfel has more than two decades of experience in the Information Technology sector, with a deep background in enterprise content management and business process management technologies. Previously Mike worked at GMAC Commercial Mortgage (GMACCM), where he oversaw the technical operations of the company’s paperless and automation initiative, and spent four years as the chief architect and technical consultant for the global deployment of EPITOME.

Mike has an extensive background in systems architecture and application development, with hands-on experience developing software solutions and leading development teams. He has developed and released to market several commercial software systems, and implemented solutions across a range of industries, including financial services & banking, energy/utilities, legal, human resources, government and engineering.

Previously, Mike worked for Identitech, Inc. as a business development/sales and product consultant in the energy market sector. He was also the co-founder and CTO of NOVACOM, Inc., a document management and workflow systems integrator that was acquired by Identitech in 1998. Mike attended Penn State University.
